Step into our crystal room, sit comfortably beneath the pyramid chair and spend some quiet time with yourself. This experience is free and open to everyone, whether you meditate regularly or have never tried it before.
Simply sit comfortably, gently close your eyes if you wish, breathe naturally and allow yourself to settle among the crystals.
What might I feel?
You may notice a sense of calm, feel more settled or simply enjoy a quiet pause in your day. Every experience is personal, and there is no particular feeling you need to achieve.
New to meditation?
You are equally welcome. Start by sitting comfortably and taking a few natural breaths. That is enough to begin.
