If, at the time of placing your order, the item goes out of stock, we’ll happily initiate a full refund. -
You Change Your Mind (Before Shipping)
We completely understand — if you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, just email us at contact@loverocks.in, and we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. -
Product Missing, Completely Damaged before receiving?
We’re here to help! If you receive an item that’s missing, fully damaged, or not what you ordered, we kindly request an unboxing video to support your claim. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
(Please note: Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to process claims.)
🚚 In Case of Transit Damage
If your product arrives damaged, please don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Just drop us an email at contact@loverocks.in within 2 days of delivery, along with:

This helps us understand what went wrong and issue your refund accordingly.
Kindly note, we won’t be able to process the refund without both photos and video proof.
