Returns/Exchange and Replacement Policy
Every crystal that is bought from Love Rocks is special - a gift to yourself or a loved one. We therefore take the utmost care in creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and pack it carefully. Returns, replacements and cancellations are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below.
Returns/Exchange
Due to the sensitive nature of Crystals we uphold NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
In case products are damaged in transit (during shipping), you are eligible to claim a refund. Please see refund policy for details.
Replacement
If you wish to get a replacement for an in-transit damaged product you receive, you can claim a refund for the damaged product (see refund policy) and then re-order. Any item that is wrongly delivered is eligible for replacement.

About Crystals: Crystals are powerful healing tools that come from Mother Earth. They are Mother Earth’s gift to expand the power of love and light.
Crystal Safety and Maintenance: To maintain the quality of the crystal, avoid contact with harsh substances and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Cleanse it regularly under running water and recharge its energy using moonlight, rainwater, or by contact with the earth.

3. Display Props Excluded: Props used in product images are not included with the actual product.
4. Inherent Characteristics: An uneven surface, slight cracks on the surface, tiny holes, or internal formations are common in crystals, as this is how they are found in nature.
5. Safety Information: Detergents and lotions can damage the finishing and colour of the stones/crystals.
Store your crystals on a soft cloth when not in use to ensure their longevity.
