Returns/Exchange
Due to the sensitive nature of Crystals we uphold NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
In case products are damaged in transit (during shipping), you are eligible to claim a refund. Please see refund policy for details.
Replacement
If you wish to get a replacement for an in-transit damaged product you receive, you can claim a refund for the damaged product (see refund policy) and then re-order. Any item that is wrongly delivered is eligible for replacement.
