Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy (Products)
You can claim a refund only in the following cases:
1) Product shipped to you is damaged in transit, i.e., before it reaches you or
2) An item goes out of stock at the time you place the order
3) You wish to cancel an order before it is shipped by us
For refund, in case or in-transit, damage you will need to email us within 2 days of receipt of the product along with the order number, and pictures of the damaged product. Refund will not be done WITHOUT pictures of the damaged product. You can email us details at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Please note that some products have slight irregularities on the surface or rough edges and are not extremely polished or cut. That does not amount to damage in transit and you cannot claim refund for such products. Devas Unlimited reserves the right to decline refund based on the discretion of their experts in considering any damage as an in-transit damage.
For refund in case of an out of stock product, we will intimate you.
Refund in case of order cancellation will be done when request for cancellation is received.
All refunds take 5-7 working days to be completed.
